Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over ₹2,000 within India.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 3-7 business days.
  • Outside Tamil Nadu: 10-15 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges for items that are:

  • In their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Reported for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, ship the item back to us at the following address:

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "final sale."

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. In the event of a defect or incorrect item, Sindu Boutique will cover the return shipping costs.
